A lifelong passion for sport

Growing up in sports-centric Madeira, Portugal, my life has always revolved around athletic pursuits. From an early age, I explored six different sports, ultimately focusing on football and karting. This deep engagement taught me the invaluable lessons sport offers: improved health, cardiovascular strength, reduced disease risk, better sleep, increased confidence, collaboration, mental resilience, stress management, and lasting friendships. football isn't just a game; it's a foundation for life.

From player to guide: My football journey

Having played football since the age of five, I've experienced countless coaching styles and continuously sought effective ways to improve my performance. I understood the need for personalized guidance beyond what a team coach could offer everyone.
